At times, we may record photos or videos during services for educational, promotional, or training purposes. If your face might be used, permission will be asked first. ✨✨✨LASHES: There will be NO REFUNDS after the service is completed. I am happy to fix/touch up/or remove the lashes (for example) that I applied, free of charge, within 24 HOURS of notification. If you have not notified me within 24 hours of any dissatisfaction, I will assume you were satisfied with your service. Any issues 24 hours AFTER your service will be at your expense. If your service results in an unforeseen allergic reaction, I will feel absolutely terrible, but I will not be held liable, and still, NO REFUNDS will be given, and all medical services will be at your expense. If you choose to move forward with trying lashes after you have already had a previous reaction, and you DO NOT disclose this information to me, you are doing so at YOUR OWN RISK. ✨✨✨ ANY PEDICURE Services: This is a cosmetic service, not medical treatment. If you have severe infections, open wounds, or require podiatric care, please consult your doctor first. ● No soaking is involved. This service is completely dry to maintain maximum hygiene and product adhesion. ● Nail reconstruction is for damaged, missing, or aesthetically challenged toenails only. This is not an acrylic set or standard pedicure. ● You must remain still for periods of time to ensure precision work. ● Please arrive with clean feet and no polish on toes unless removal is included in your appointment. If polish/acrylic/gems are on nails and it's not mentioned, you will be charged a small fee for the time involved to remove it. ● If you are pregnant, diabetic, or prone to fungal issues, please communicate this. •••Fungal Consent Form The Beauty Edit Room: Cosmetic Nail Enhancement Acknowledgment This form is required for any client showing signs of nail fungus, discoloration, or visible infection who wishes to proceed with a cosmetic toe reconstruction or enhancement. Client is fully liable for any potential risks if not taken proper precautions. ⚠️ Please Read Carefully: At The Beauty Edit Room, our services are strictly cosmetic and non-medical. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure fungal infections or any other foot-related medical conditions. The wax we use is PLA NUDE brand and it is made for sensitive skin. If you've had reactions before, this needs to be communicated with me. Please, understand that hair is being pulled by the root. There will be some discomfort. I cannot be held liable for this. ✨✨✨BROW TINTING/LAMINATION: Chemicals are being used to relax the hair follicle and to dye the hair and skin. If any allergies were present in the past, this must be communicated.
